Anyone heard of the smart rack?

LoL @ Sarge.

FYI: hazelnut coffee only gives you mind blowing lazer like pumps/focus if you stir in some amaretto. Otherwise, take 23 caps of Altima2.0 before and after working out. That way you have lazer sharp pumps while lifting and lazer sharp focus on recovery too.

Amazingly enough, for a 20th of the price of your retarded looking rack I can get a better alternative.

#1 dude, believe it or not. It really isn't my rack, I make no money off of it, I thought it was just a good idea.

I am interested in it to see what the general public thinks so I can push to get it put in my gym here in Austin.

Having dealt with a rotator injury for years, I have been looking for something that would actually help. This "retarded looking rack" seemed like it was a lot easier to place the weights BACK after the lifts because less precision was needed after heavy lifts.

I AM however very interested in these hooks. I might get a pair to keep in my gym bag.

thanks for the link.

I honestly will never understand the problem with picking heavy dumbells up to your lap and kicking them back, then dumping them on the floor, lol.....With a $1,395.00 price tag, even if I had issues without some type of equipment, I'd sooner wreck my shoulders and have my insurance company pay for me to have them scoped than I wuld buy that rack, lol.

Shit yah! That thing would take all the fun out of it. Anyway, they call it the "SMART Rack" so I can't use one anyway... :worried:
