Yeah, I guess I could have been more specific, but I didn't want to limit myself to striking, takedowns, or submissions.

I was just looking for recommendations of any instructional videos that were found effective.

Bas Rutten videos are pretty good for all around. For ground fighting Ceasar Gracie has some good videos.
