I would appreciate some advise please

What is the procedure?
Did you have to spend overnight at hospital?
Was it painful?
how long before you can train again?
Can i stack again after surgery?
After surgery does you nipples look normal again?>

I appreciate your help

Yeah, had lipo on my chest. It worked moderately well but did not stop gyno from re-occuring. If there is any hard fibrous material - regular lipo will not get it. It will either have to be excised or hit with the sonic super duper blaster ray to break the lump apart first.

There was a concern with breast cancer using this method. There was a concern with loss of feeling doing an excision.

I'd rather have a little more scarring and scarring and some numbness than saggy titties any day.

Lipo was outpatient. Not much pain in the chest at all. Love handles is another story. About a month to train again.

Needless to say, I'll probably be looking for a different plastic surgeon who isn't so weenie about doing the excision.

Never had gyno..but I have an issue with puffy nips....and its on and off....would getting mammery gland removed outpatient help. So the whole surgery was $300??

Had it done TWICE in NYC. First time wasn't enough. Also had love handles and lower stomach done. Tons of female fat from genetics and deca.

$10000 ($6000 and $4000 later) and I am looking good. Time to rip up!!!

I had gyno surgery a few years back. It was a bi-lateral mastectomy but with no lipo (insurance wouldn't pay for lipo). It was outpatient; the whole procedure took barely half a day.

To answer the rest of your questions:

1) It hurt, but not that much. Nips were tender for about 3 wks.
2) I didn't train chest for 2 wks. I PROBABLY could've trained light
after a week but I like to err on the side of caution.
3) Of course you can stack after surgery. However, gyno can re-
occur. In the case of male mastectomy, surgeons usually leave
some of the mammory gland in so the nipples dont cave in.
4) If the surgeon does his job right you'll look just fine. If he
doesn't, you'll have caved-in nips. Mine look quite normal
(thankfully), but there will be an empty spot behind your
nipple that feels a little weird.

Btw, my gyno was caused by puberty, not gear. I got insurance to pay for it by telling the surgeon that my nips were very sore and tender, effectively making it non-cosmetic surgery.

Two cycles after my surgery there has been no sign or recurrence.

I had the glands removed and it cost me about 1500. It was outpatient and the pain was minimal. I was back in the gym the next week. I thought I was safe after that and the gyno would not return. Wrong!!! I have a nice fat lump behind my left nip now and I am going to have to go back in once again.
