What's going on..... I'm looking for any kind of routine or program that can help me monopolize my time in the gym more efficiently, so I decided to ask all of you. What I want to do is Keep my muscle but shred away about 40lbs of fat. yeah yeah I know that cardio is the way to do that, but what I'm looking for is specific help as in cardio drills, and specific weight training exercises. I'm willing to try just about anyhing, 'cause it's time to go "fromBUTTtoCutt" Thanks for the help
