Basically it's these guys that go around in a van and somehow convince girls off the street mostly foreign to get on the bus and they convince them to have sex and everything. They promise to pay them and then when they get off the bus they just take off without paying them. It pretty freaking funny.

Is this shit for real though? Anyone know?

Exactly. And a lot of them are different sites but run by the same company. So when you join one, they try to hook you on the next site. Same girls, just different clothes, different setting, and different prick nailing them. I'm sure these sites are racking it in though...
