where they auction off crap they seized or snatched back from crimminailz?
They have one advertised here online, I went to the preview today and was actually quite impressed. This wasn't the shitty Lost and Found type auction that the police department conducts (which is just left over shit that the cops themselves haven't stolen yet)
Some of it was high end. And in brand new condition. I didn't really look at the jewelry that much. But they had nearly everything. Had a brand new home generator that is similar to the one I had installed here 5 years ago (at a cost of $8000) but you had to buy the entire fucking lot. Which was 22 generators and they were for export only. You couldn't use them in the US.
They had lot batches of mini bikes, ATVs, plastic coat hangers (no idea WTF they thought they were doing seizing that), Dom Periginom, Rolex watches, lap tops (had to get the whole lot of like 36 or something), flat screen tvs, etc...
