Just started wearing a hoodie while working out to keep my joints warmed up(coming back from injuries... herniated disc and shoulder injury.. ) and also because i dont want to anyone to stare me down and comment on how much size i lost so im wearing the hoodie to hide my body and also to keep the joints warmed.

its funny because after a few days you get used to working out with it and dont overheat. i like it.

just feels wierd being the only person with a hoodie covered while all these skinny kids walk around in wife beaters... or fat fucks walking around all flexed up thinking there the shit after benching 250lbs... cant wait till i regain my size back. :qt:

I wear hoodies got the idea from Kai Greene. Helps to focus on the weights keeps you warmed up.

The first gym I ever went to was Natural Physique on 4th Ave in NYC. Nicole Bass trained there, and all the hard core people wore big TMichael style, long sleeve, baggy sweats and pants. I still wear at least a really big baggy T-shirt when I train. From that early experience I always see the kids showing it in the gym an uncool.

I love working out in a hoody. I find it helps keep me warm, joints included, and it helps keep me focused less on my pumps, and more on my workout. Also, they are comfy as fuck.
