i just recently started getting wrist and forearm pain and it's been lasting for a good 3 days... i know its not cause of bad form because i train with someone that's very anal about it.. i decided to take a week off to see if the pain persists, but does anyone have a remedy for this or maybe similar experience? my girlfriend says it could be tendinitis.. but i dunno... should i see a doc?? i'm freaking out cause of this and i'm hating the fact that i'm missing workouts..

happens to me when i do preacher curls. after the workout, i ice them and use sportscreme (it contains aspirin).
I believe it is due to a seperation of the muscle from the bone (similar to shin sprints, but in your forearms)

Have you been doing anything different in your workout lately? New exercises? If this is a recent thing that could be the problem. Alot of exercises can put alot of stress on joints, for example, even when using good form.

haven't been doing anything out of the ordinary... it started to hurt the day i did preacher curls... and the pain was unbearable that night.. i shook it off a day and got back to lifting... when i start bench pressing, the pain came back and this time even worse.. so i decided to quit it for a week.. i'm seriously considering a doctor to see if he can gimme a painkiller or something to fix the prob..
