It kinda depends. I'm trying to add mass right now, and only eat 180 carbs pre day and around 300 pro at the moment. My cals gotta come from somewhere, and ANPB is a great source.

Yes, well I was doing a bulking phase when I was at the 2 jar a week mark. Even then though, I think it was still a bit excessive. Those cals could have been coming from a more complete protein source.
