I am started today going 12 weeks to chicken shit to post the before pics but I am taking them. If I am satisfied with the after results maybe I will post the befores.

I have been away form the gym for 4 weeks as of today....had to let a couple of injuries heal, so believe me I'm not gung-ho about posting ANY pics.....
showing the before pics to everyone WILL keep you motivated though
