Anyone compete in Karate Tournaments...

I took 2 different styles when i was younger and really enjoyed the competition of tournaments, i was wondering how competitive the tournaments are for those over 21 and who all is involved with these, thanks.

wrong forum but for judo depending on your skills they are very competitive at 21.. most olympians are 23+

not karate but i trained in san shou kickboxing and fought in biloxi last November...my coach got into some legal issues so he closed down shop i havent trained/fought since

I am training for my first NHB match right now. I figure if you are going to do something my as well go all out. I have been into submission wrestling for a long time and now I want to test my skills in all out battle.
