The show for some reason has retained an almost unparalleled level of popularity despite how dry and boring most it has been the last couple seasons. it wasn't dry and boring last year for sure. Yes, season 2 made me think they fired the entire writing staff from season 1. But they got it back last season. 1st episode was pretty good. Zombies dropping through the ceiling was fun.

No, they have made the typical mistake of trying to stretch out the series too far.

Very underwhelming first episode. Not expecting much from the season. You can only drag on a zombie apocalypse so long, especially when you're holed up just waiting to die.
