Hand blenders with the long stem? Is it decent for mixing ANPB? How do you do it so it doesn't make a mess or clump to the bottom of the blender???? Thanks in advance......
The "boat motor"? LOL That's what I've always called them......anyway I have one & it works great. You shouldn't have a problem with the stuff going all over or it staying in the bottom cuz you move the thing up & down to ensure even mixture. Plus leave a little room in the glass.
We have one. It works great. The only thing I don't like about it is that it is not strong enough to handle ice. But my girlfriend uses it at work where it is not practical to take a regular blender. If you use it right there is no clumping in the bottom and it doesn't splatter all over. Bottom line...it's great where you can't take a regular blender.
