No I don't, but make your own w/dextrose, unsweetened kool aid flavor of your choice, micronized creatine, R-ala and vanadyl sulfate. You can make it as potent or as weak as you wish, FOR A LOT LESS.
it's supposed to aid in glucose disposal, however there's been a lot of dispute about the validity of this claim...stick to r-ala - kicks ass
and i would definately stick to swole's advice, not only does he know his stuff, but you can buy 1kg creatine and a tonn of dextrose/cool-aid/sweet tarts for real cheap...and there's not enough ALA per serving of cell-tech anyways...so get some r-ala if you must, but post-workout you should have increase insulin sensitivity anyway
