Anybody here 200lbs or under?

Damn, I don't want to weigh more than 200. I would love to be ripped at my current weight of 185-190. I'm 5'8" (but I tell everyone I'm 5'10" LOL)

5-8, 190lbs., you're pretty well set, what's your bodyfat %?

You are correct, age does play a factor in what I say; however, years training and dieting is also a factor. I can't agree in having a 25 yr old going on AS after 6 months of a diet/training regiment. It is a subjective call to a certain degree.

He's been training for 6 years - not 6 months. Just as you can't read my posts, apparently you have difficulty reading others.

You've been throwing quite a bit out lately - mostly misquotes and I'll correct you on those - just don't have time right now. You want to argue with statements that I haven't even made - it's almost hilarious - and I'll point those out.

But for now, just throw shit out like you've been doing for the past day or so.

I must go, but I'LL BE BACK (shit - where did that phrase come from - oh yeah - that one popular example of an under 25 year old that used steroids)

Waaayyy Tooo High!!!! I'm a fat motherfucker right now. I'm about 20% lard measured in the bod pod. The calipers have me at 14% and the damned Tanita handheld scale says 12%. I know I'm nowhere close to 12%. My top abs are just barely visible and I only have a few veins showing in my forearms and a few veins at the bottom of my quad. The rest of me is smooth all over.

Ok, that's great. I don't care what you post, you still can't tell anyone to "just use steroids." That's false logic to make anyone think it's ok to use steroids as an alternative to diet. Since you are assuming the alterntatives don't work for them, you put the person in a negative spiral. Even when they do use steroids, without a proper diet/training regiment, they'll still have crappy results at best. Working on a diet, training, cardio, supplementation and rest regiment is the way to go, not assuming "alternatives" don't work.

Right now my diet is clean. The past 4 months I ate like a pig. It's my own damned fault I porked up so much. The fat sort of snuck up on me. I didn't realize I was gaining so much while bulking. Oh well, I've just got to work harder now.
 
i find it really hard to believe that someone who's over 5ft9 will struggle beyond 160 with a proper diet and training. when i hear someone say that they ate like a horse and trained balls to the wall and the scale didn't move beyond 160 or whatever, then i will have to tell that person that they really have to learn what eating like a horse really means and what good training is about. too often the guy saying this barely has maintenance cals for the day. the key here is that many of these guys will eat in response to HUNGER. this will not translate into a big caloric intake. that is where the problem lies. instead the guy has to learn that he has to eat alot more than just enough to satiate himself. this would hold true for the majority... the exceptions would have to be guys with thyroid issues... basically some abnormality. i'm not going to hazard a guess as to what the other guys true genetic potential would be... that would be dependent on too many factors varying from each individual to the other. however i can confidently say (yes this is an opinion) it would be somewhere at least over 180 for someone who's over 5ft9. and even if i a guy truly has a lower genetic potential, the point is i'm not convinced he truly ate enough. that's the bottom line IMO.
 
It never ceases to amaze me that on an ANABOLIC forum we argue over whether or not someone should be using gear. We should be here informing people and letting them make their own decisions, not having a debate about who should and should not use gear, and at what point they should be using. If we give them all the information we can about the negative sides (and increased negative sides in certain circumstances) and they still decide to use, then that’s on them. Let it go. Some people must learn for themselves. Most of us here are hardly in a position to tell people not to use something when we are using it ourselves.
 
I'm 21, 6'0 195lbs, 10% BF. I have 3 weeks left on a primo/masteron cycle. This was my second. I've been dieting the whole time (something I've never done before). It sucked bad at first but I'm used to it now and I'm loving the results!

Last year I started my first cycle at 178. I was using test prop and d-bol and shot up to the 210-215 range. It was my first one so I didn't follow that much of a diet. I just ate as much as I could and stayed away from junk. I stayed around 200 until I started again this winter.

I'm more into the lean/cut look. When I shot up after the test my parents really got onto my shit and started asking wayyyy too many questions and I didn't want to go through that again.
