Anybody ever use one of these before???

This is the Hammer Strength H Squat! Apparently from what I read about this piece of equipment, when it was designed and manufactured as a joke when someone was on vacation or something like that. The thing is huge, and you apparently have to climb up into it 6' off the ground and lay down and press...it is like a large pendgulum (sorry for spelling)...I have one broken down in my garage, but don't have to room to set it up.

A buddy of mine bought a bunch of weight equipment years ago and had this sitting around, so I acquired it and it is in my garage, and I was going to set it up but it is a giant piece of equipment, so instead I just do squats in my rack and lunges out on the street...and put it for sale on the c-list lol...want to buy it lol???

Tell the neighbors and c-list folks that it's a "Multi Gym" and then make up some exercises. By the looks of it you could do dips and pull ups somewhere on that thing.

Kids may like it as well...looks like a Transformer, honestly I wish I could find one set up to try, too lazy to set mine up lol...it looks interesting enough to do a few sets on.

lol.. im a purist with my squats...

really if i had a lot of money and a place to put it, i would want one just to 'have it'... it would be fun to fuck around on in lieu of the occasional leg pressing...

You know that was my thought, and if I get my garage cleaned out enough I just might do that as a novelty lol! Charge $5 a workout, have a squat rack, extension, and do lunges out in the roadway...perfect leg blast!
