this girl i know and have liked for a while is really down,she is puking up everything she eat is very depressed and spends 4 hours in the gym doing cardio a day,she wants her ex back who hit her when she wouldnt let him touch her how he wanted and she claims he treated her well,what can i do to help her,i hate seeing friends like this

Sometimes people can be so blinded by what they call, "love" that only time can heal things. Hopefully, when the smoke clears she will realize how stupid it is for her to want him back. We all act a little irrational at times, especially during relationships. Just be there for her. Most of all LISTEN. Don't say anything just listen. If she starts talkin crazy about how good he was then remind her of all the bad stuff.

i've known girls like that before. They never listen to anything. They will keep going back until they see the light themselves. It sucks and is very frustrating.

if i lived where she did he would be finished,i see her maybe every three months,im talking to her right now and trying to get her to realize how bad he was but she said that one time he went to finger her and she said no and he did it hard and hurt her and she blames herself

Just be there for her ... let her know that you are open to listen to her problem ... just act in a way that makes you feel easy to talk to ... If she really wants your help (beyond you're role as being her confidant) ... that's the time you act ...

If she's got a Bro Tell him, if not her Father or male cousin would be just as good...Cause I know if any guy was hitting on my sister or cousin, aunt, or mother, or grandmother I would want to know so I could take the law into my own hands and give the proper beating to the Son of a bitch who did it.

I think any man who didn't stand up to protect or revenge the women in his faimly...Well that his problem, but I would be damn to not do something myself.
