Hi....
I am andy henry.I have Rheumatoid Arthritis(RA) from last 2 years.Can anyone please suggest me what kind of body building technique I can follow.

It's best to consult with your physician. They know your medical history and would be able to asses how far you can push yourself. Once you get some guidelines from them comeback and explain your limitations and ask for training suggestions. I have heard that lighter exercises will be applicable for Rheumatoid arthritis affected ones. Can you please say me other than stretching exercises which other activities comes under lighter exercises.
