I've taken it up lately because I became extremely bored with aerobic training. Fun game but like anything else, after a couple months or so, I will get tired of it. The only thing I'm consistent at is weight lifting. My friend and I fell on the floor and laughed for several minutes because we were trying to avoid running into each other and we both hit the deck. THen he ran into me and bounced off. It can be a lot of fun.
