Sounds like you lucked out. Maybe you should travel further for your next job. It's not the style of my company. My boss will be a really tough spot as our Senior Sales Rep retired last week and that only leaves him with 2 Reps (one is green and was trained by the retired) and then without me... he's in trouble. Since I've been there in three and a half years we've gone from 120 employees to 180; so it will be interesting. Maybe I'll get the "if it doesn't work out" and I like to think I make him look really good. It will be a blow, but they won't fight. I'm sure they can tell it's not about money it's about the place I'm at in my life and needing something different.

Are you a Seahawks fan? Matt Leinart will be playing for Pete Carroll this season. that could be interesting.
