I have a high metabolism and I need to eat 7-8 meals a day. So is there any high calorie foods out there, so I can gain good weight in good time?

Pecans.

Many native american 'runner' messengers ran for days with nothing else to sustain them other than the water they found on the trail and a bag of toasted pecans that they brought with them.

You want to eat lots of calorie dense foods which include complex carbs (pasta/rice/potatoes/whole grains), protein supplements, and "healthy" fats including flaxseed oil, avocados. More high calorie foods are listed here http://www.gainingweight.info/healthy-high-calorie-foods-to-gain-weight/

its good of you to offer your advice, but i imagine in 4 years he has learnt how to eat properly.

The only suggestions in this thread were basically nuts and fats. You can hardly base a diet on just these two things, so was throwing more ideas out there :)

Red meat, whole eggs, milk, cream, avocados, potatoes, oats, honey, bananas, dates, nuts, pineapple, raisins, etc.

I saw a great idea for a new way to eat a lot of egg whites without getting sick of them... .... Instead of using egg yolk and mayo (as in deviled eggs) use mashed up avocado and season to taste... I haven't tried it yet, but it looked interesting and is pretty good for you....

Peanut butter, flax oil, oats , brown rice, eggs (whole), MILK, almonds, fatty cuts of meat. Thats all clean stuff, otherwise shit like cream, cheese etc (not too sure as I eat clean)

U can buy powdered oats and mix it into all your shakes. I easily mix 50g whey + 100g powdered oats in a shaker and its 500 cals with water.
