Any Help Or Ideas With This Cycle

Hello,
Can anyone give me any advise on my problem. I am currently 6 weeks in to a cycle of 2mil of deca injections and 50mg a day of anadrol in tablet form. I am 32 but when i was 25 i done a 10 week cycle of deca and sustanal injections with fantastic growth and muscle tone results.

With the current cycle i am getting increased strength but i seem to be losing a hell of a lot of size. I admit i am losing body fat but dont seem to be gaining any muscle mass.

I am 85kgs and have calculated that i need about 115grams of protein, 350grams of carbs and 45-90grams of fat a day. I am over on my protein, just hitting my carbs and only hitting about 30-40grams of fat a day.

Like i say on an other cycle i had massive gains in a couple of weeks but with this cycle just seem to be at a standstill, even reverse.

I dont know if it could be my training as i have changed it just before my cycle. I have been doing 6 sets of 6 for each exercise and 4 exercises per muscle group. I am trying to do 2 muscles parts per day, about 45mins to an hour each. I am getting stonger but again no size increase.

Please any help or comments would be welcomed.
 
That's a horrible cycle but I find it hard to believe you have not put on any mass with those two compounds. Are you sure you have legit gear?

Not a cycle I would have chosen, but we need to make the best of what you got. If you can...you need to put some Test in there somewhere. Your protein is WAY to low for AAS use. I'm not to up on the metric system, but I'm pretty sure you weight around 190, yes? Then you need to be taking at least 300-400 grams of protein a day. And if you are looking to gain weight you should up your carbs considerably. As far as your training is concerned...I never had too much success with the low rep high set scehmes (6X4; 6X6), One method I use is 4 working sets and pyramid down from 10 to 8, 6, 4 reps while increasing the weight. There are a lot of schools of thought on this...but it works for me. Start doing some research on good basic training routines with fundamental exercises and train HARD!!! 50mg of A50 a day alone can put 20lbs on you in month or so (though a lot is water), so something just isn't right.
 
with those compounds u should be hauling around the atlantic ocean around by now. That should account for a great deal of temporary weight gain. Ur LOSING weight? Gear can hardly be legit then. Ur dick still working? A limp dick would be the likely result of these compounds stacked without test so if its limp the gear might be legit after all. At the very least get some test.
