Hello,
Can anyone give me any advise on my problem. I am currently 6 weeks in to a cycle of 2mil of Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - injections and 50mg a day of anadrol in tablet form. I am 32 but when i was 25 i done a 10 week cycle of Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - and sustanal injections with fantastic growth and muscle tone results.

With the current cycle i am getting increased strength but i seem to be losing a hell of a lot of size. I admit i am losing body fat but dont seem to be gaining any muscle mass.

I am 85kgs and have calculated that i need about 115grams of protein, 350grams of carbs and 45-90grams of fat a day. I am over on my protein, just hitting my carbs and only hitting about 30-40grams of fat a day.

Like i say on an other cycle i had massive gains in a couple of weeks but with this cycle just seem to be at a standstill, even reverse.

I dont know if it could be my training as i have changed it just before my cycle. I have been doing 6 sets of 6 for each exercise and 4 exercises per muscle group. I am trying to do 2 muscles parts per day, about 45mins to an hour each. I am getting stonger but again no size increase.

Please any help or comments would be welcomed.

I would immediately add testosterone enathate to that cycle,run the test at a considerably higher dose than the deca durabolin to keep from getting shut down,entirely.run the test 2 weeks longer than the deca durabolin.with the anadrol I would use arimidex @.25mgs a day to keep the bloat down.increase your protein and caloric intake also.

for post cycle therapy I would run hcg @500iu's a day for 10 days straight,10.5 days after your last shot of test e I would start the clomid @50mgs a night combined with dermacrine sustain both ran for an entire month......
