Any endurance athletes??

Bro's...

Was looking for any endurance guys... runners, cyclist ect... experiences with diffrent gear...
 
if winny causes cramps like many have said,how exactley,other than shedded fat, would winny help endurance players, sounds like it causes alot cramps cuz the pumps

yeah my self i am an athelete, i have been told alot to take test and eq...you will get unreal results...im going to for my next cycle tis oging to be wicked...
best cycle for you would most likely be

eq 600mg/weekly
test 500mg/weekly

for about 14-16 weeks
 
I bet there aren't too many guys on here who have run sub 30:30 for 10k and have benched 300+ lbs.

I have.

Not in the same year or anything...4 years apart.

I will say winny does dry my knee's out pretty bad but i haven't ever had cramps from it.

WRONG, not for endurance, well... not for me at least, the PUMPS are the worse!!! I couldnt pedal a bike for more then an hr without stopping from the leg pumps... horrible! Even though I must say it made me strong on the bike, just couldnt go as long...

Pimo, var and EQ seem to be the answer to endurance... Just how much?? EQ seems to be the best (for me) at low doses, but the sides are the appiete... Even at 200mg a wk, I consume a lot of food, so therefore I have to add running to my bike training but still put on a few pounds.

Hey bro, winny is shit for endurance athletes. Primo, var are the only two I rely on...everything else causing too many muscle pumps and an inability to clear lactic acid and increase blood flow.

VERY TRUE BRO!!!! Made that mistake once before with winny .... Primo, var and EQ seems to be the best... I am playing with EQ now, but keeping weight off while on very low doses is hard to do (with me) we are talking ENDURANCE doses not BD .....
 
Great thread fellows. I started taking low doses of var about 2 weeks ago and noticed that the past few days i have had massive thigh pumps during cardio that are crippling!

I had been taking the var about 1 hr before my cardio session, but will be changing to taking it immediately afterwards. Any thoughts and comments?
 
Never got cramps or pumps from Var, Just Winny.... Winny not good for endurance.. I am still wondering if anyone has tried low doses of EQ for endurance training or what other gear any other guys have taken while training for endurance sports..

What kind of test?
 
Low dose Anavar (20mg/day) worked really well for me in endurance sports (race OC-1's and OC-6's and MMA). Was able to gain a few lbs. when normally it takes an act of God just to maintain. Tried low dose Primo (200mg/5d) but that had me cramping up so bad that I had to stop all training for about 6 weeks. Many people said that 20mg/day of Var was a waste of time, but I found that any more than that led to pumps that were counter productive to my sports applications. Hope this experience helps.
 
I've been a pro cyclist for 5 years, in the off season, test/primo/eq is widely used.
For competition, EPO is the answer, make sure you have a HCT meter. Also corticosteriods, and bloodflow increasers like actovegin seems to help.
 
I feel it with winny but if that is not the consensus,


I would try primo,


Because I love primo,




If you are looking for a short spurt on the bike


D-bol will give you a kick, but may have the same pump problem as winny.
