how much protein should i be eating a day if i want to be bulking,
how many miles a week should i run if i want to cut?

Shoot for anywhere between 165 - 250 grams of protein and you should be set. Get at least 25% of calories from EFA's and fill in the rest with some clean carbs.

As for how much you should run to drop bodyfat without losing too much lean mass - well that's going to take some experimentation on your part. Start with a 30-45 minutes at a moderate intensity and gauge your progress from week to week. Switch things up if you're not making progress (i.e., play around with intensity and duration).
 
Fuck the running at your weight and height you are pretty lean as is. I would shoot for 2x your body weight in protien. Probably 300 to 350 g a day.
 
Just pound good clean food but eat a lot of it. If you bulk cleanly and hit some cardio you can gain size while tightening that up a bit. At your body weight though I honestly would not worry about a little chub.
