Title:
Anyone know of
Any A.A.S. or supplement that will heal and strengthen and make men's plumbing / urinary system / prostate / gallblader etc.?
This is applicable to those who are in their early 50s age group or maybe late 40's
or maybe even those prone to kidney stones, gallblader stones
My own prostate levels per a blood test done by my primary care physician in January 2021 was a decent size prostate
But, there's the dreaded dribble when urinating
Question:
Along the line of peptides like I think it's called TB-500, which it seems miraculously takes care of joint problems,
Anyone know of
Any A.A.S. or supplement that will heal and strengthen and make men's plumbing / urinary system / prostate / gallblader etc.?
I've heard that saw palmetto (from watching some youtube videos is the new snake oil junk in the supplement industry)
but that may be untrue
Beta Sitosterol is also good for the prostate
What about something that improves Urine Flow?
or ejaculate flow?
Do you recommend Flo Max which is an Prescription medication to improve urine flow for older men?
How about doing Squats to firm up the loin area and abdomen?
How about eating lots of celery which the porn stars eat?
What's a little worrisome to me is learning from facebook feeds how some pets have bowel blockage.
i didn't know that something like that existed
I guess some of the fecal matter solidifies like a clay brick they use to make real estate some places or some long time ago
then, group-members, I started to research and I learned that maybe sometimes, urine crystals solidify or calcify or harden and might cause blockage in the Urinary Tract
*This means...and this is the important part...If your Urine Flow is not as strong as it used to be, if it's just a rain instead of a geyser like when you were in your 20s or 30's.....this means you need to shake the sex organ / penis so that the urine completely disappears and it doesn't settle near the urine hole and solidify into crystals.
how much of a concern is this for older people is there a way to be Proactive about it, to avoid problems like this?
I've had a Urinary Tract Infection about 30 years ago during college and certain antibiotics that the Hospital doc gave didn't work, neither did the ones my primary doc gave,
Until I went to a Urologist and he prescribed stronger antibiotics.
Hey, I'm going to be honest with you... people cringe or think about going to a Dentist ??
That's nothing compared to a Urologist
Back in the early 90s a urologist put a scope which is like a rod into the penis urethra, it was unpleasant to say the least
An older friend who passed away said this probe or rod that a Urologist does, gets harder to endure when one is like a 70 year old man
Do you recommend having a Urologist on hand or going to Urologist every year as one enters his 50s?
Men should have their own doc that takes care of men problems, much like women have a gynocologist, am I wrong?
What kind of proactive measures are YOU taking? In order to avoid age related problems with your men's plumbing?
Anyone care to add anything that might help?
Thanks in advance for any constructive help.
