I've read that smoking bath salts really helps relax and put people at ease. Also heaping tablespoons of nutmeg. Followed by 4 or 5 rapidly inhaled wippets.
I swallowed 2 Tbl of nutmeg in high school and it was the worst trip of my life.
The whole night I kept thinking I was hearing something so I lift my head off the pillow...but nothing.
No decent hallucinations; just paranoia and no sleep.
