Anxiety before pinning?

It's common, you'll need to try to set up a relaxing environment. Sit down (don't stand up), relax, turn on calming music, make sure your room is warm and comfortable. When you're ready, get up and do the shot if you're doing glutes or keep sitting if you're doing delts. It's all about being relaxed and calm.

I look forward to it, my first cycle I would get anxiety. After like 4-5 times I was good. The end result makes a little sore spot all worth it
