anti-e advice

I posted a thread earlier this evening about experiencing the first symptoms of gyno. To make a long story short I am taking a 10 week cycle of test-e 500mgs. per week, I'm on my fourth week and I have developed small knots under both nipples that are fairly sore. I have liquid arimidex and clomid on hand and the responses I got earlier to my previous thread have really scared me and I want to know what to do. I was told the clomid and arimidex wont do anyting to cure the symptoms and I should use nolvadex or femara. I need someone to tell me what I should take and how serious I should take this. I have spent alot of money on this and I would hate to stop in the middle. How long after seeing the first signs of gyno do you have to correct it before its too late and how quickly does the anti-e take to take effect?

Start your adex at 1 mg pd. If the adex gets things under control drop the dose to 1mg EOD or 0.5 mg PD. Also order some letro and novla. You should (IMO) add nolva to your PCT anyway. If the adex does not help start on the letro 0.25mg PD until gyno is gone then get back on the adex. Letro is a very powerful drug so keep that in mind and only take it as long as needed. Also I would add 20mg PD of nolva. Novla is a SERM so it does not eliminate estro from your body (some estro is good) but it will compete for receptors in breast tissue and also help with lipid levels.

AIFM or aromasin.. AIFM will probably be easier for you to get (banner in my signature).. either one should help you.. you shoulda had this kind stuff on hand before starting the cycle, but oh well.

Letro, nolvedex, just jump on the novedex now and you should be okay.

good advice right here! since you the adex, get going on it now! it is the best for in cycle use. It will at least get things under control. dont panic, itsx not too late! Get some nolva too.
