After your long overnight fast, I'd recommend eating at least 100g of carbs and 50g of protein depending on your stats and/or goals.
I get 100g of carbs from steel-cut oats and two servings of fruit (usually some berries and an apple/banana) and 50g of protein from an egg-white omelette I whip up.
I suppose ANPB could be used to flavour oats, but personally, I'd rather eat the stuff by the tablespoon .
me too. I eat by the spoonful (and it takes some control not to eat the whole jar at once) whenever I feel for a little treat (not more than once a day)... then I basically skip a Flax oil serving (my daily fat budget allows for 3 tbps of flax).
And yup, I am cutting. (My wife is having the hardest times grasping the concept of loosing weight, eating peanut butter and drinking oil... all in the same day... oh yeah, and drinking a big-ass thick oats/milk shake in the morning)
