220 is the weight

DBMR=2580
PBMR=1935
19 tbsp a day
161 G protein

I have all my stuff ready to go on Monday 30th

I leave for a cruise March 20th
Question though is after Ive gone a month on this..till the start of March is there a good supplement stack to kick this into over drive for two weeks before my cruise? Im hoping 2-3lbs a week till the 20th, but those last two weeks before the cruise itd be nice to see 4-5lbs. At this rate id hope to see 25lbs dropped before March 20th..that hoping theres the possiblilty with supplement help that Ill drop 5 lbs for two weeks.

Stats are as follows
25 years old
220
23% body fat..measured end of December first of january *getting it measured again Monday 30th
6 foot even

Gym 5-6 days a week
Strength Training every day at gym
Cardio three or four of these days...at least three depending on my knee
Basketball league game once a week

Water is my best friend also. Any suggestions would be nice, even if its dont worry about the supplements. But again I'd like a good push near the end.
