Oops, yeah, sorry about that... no clue why I was thinking that Primo has no androgenic effects... still weak ones though.

Remember they CANT make one mistake when dealing with AS (or they may end up with "winstrol voice", enlarged clitoral tissue, facial and body hair growth, etc...)
And these things can be IRREVERSIBLE in women :(

Here are some safe cycles for a female.........notice I don't recommend test.

Cycles

Clenbuterol is a good fat burner if all esle fails. I would do it like this:
wk1 day 1 - 1 tab 20mcg
day 2 - 2 tabs
day 3 - 2 tabs
day 4 - 3 tabs
day 5 - 3 tabs
day 6 - 4 tabs
day 7 - 4 tabs
wk 2 off you can try an ECA stack during this week and week 4
wk 3 - 4 tabs per day
Spread the tabs through out the day. You get too shaky then back the tabs off. Only increase your dose if you feel OK.

Just to firm up:

Winny* or Tabs
wk1 50mg 16mg
wk2 50mg 16mg
wk3 50mg 16mg
wk4 50mg 16mg
wk5 50mg 10mg
*You could do the winny every 5 days.

This is to just firm up:
EQ
You could do 1 ml of EQ every 4 to 5 days for 5 weeks.

This is to firm up and cut:
Winny* Clenbuterol
wk1 50mg 20mcg p/d
wk2 50mg 40mcg p/d
wk3 50mg -
wk4 50mg -
wk5 50mg 40mcg p/d
wk6 - 60mcg p/d only if you feel you can handle it

Safest Stack:
Primo Tabs
wk1 50mg p/d
wk2 50mg p/d

First time AAS - Anavar, hands down. Start at 5mg. Stay there for 3-4 weeks. If she is getting results, then do NOT increase. SHe can increase to 10mg if so desired - but no need to go above that. With solid training and a CLEAN diet - 10mg will give her fantastic results.

More AAS = more of a chance for sides. There is NO side-free AAS. You want to get by with the LOWEST possible dose.

Winny is a piss-poor choice for MOST females. It does pretty much the opposite in women than it does in men. Men use it as a "cutting drug". In owmen, it tends to bloat them up. WInny is good for those females that want size and do not care about additional fat/water gain. It also has a greater chance for sides.

Deca is BEYOND a bad idea for first time AAS use. And a VERY poor idea for someone just wanting to "firm up". Deca is long lasting. If sides start, there is NO bail-out. You are stuck for weeks until the drug makes it way out. Not to mention the bloat.

EQ - well, that is just too advanced for someone wanting to get a little firmer. Silly to start with this.

Primo - not a totally bad idea, IF you get the real stuff. And that is not likely. I would stay away from this simply because I would be afraid of fakes.

Test - not an awful idea, BUT not a good idea for first time use. This is a very advanced drug. Sides can happen quick if you don't dose it right.

Oh, and you didn't mention DIET. If that ain't AWESOME and CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN - then all this talk of AAS is pointless. What, SPECIFICALLY, does she eat?

Lifting ED - WHY? That is silly. What is her split? Intensity? Exercise choices? Sets/reps?

Cardio - overrated for fat loss and muscle definition. HIIT is MUCH better than steady state. Unfortunately, most women overdose on cardio, particularly steady state.
