Another Reason to Ban Conservative Judges

She is an American citizen.

An Arab-American woman who was in court to fight a parking ticket fainted when the judge asked her if she was a terrorist.

The judge supposedly said, "You have money to support the terrorists, but you don't want to pay the ticket."

Exactly like that. Thats case is so idiotic it pains me to talk about it. A father going through security at, what was it again? Some kind of park or something? I can picture him saying that in a sarcastic tone then getting thrown to the ground by a rent-a-cop.

for other torts, like intentional infliction of emotion cruelty,
or assault i dont believe so...

Sounds very close to the type of logic that you use. The California 9th Circuit can discard law and utilize the Constitution as toilet paper. Even though there is no link to conservatism in this post, where is the same application of your logic to this situation?

These are the type of judges that would give a man a 20 year jail sentence for having sex with a consenting 16 year old. Only in America. Or how about a 20 year jail sentence for selling a small amount of marijuana. They would probably go for the death penalty if they could get away with it

Or in Arizona where a man was sentenced to 200 years in prison for looking at child porn, yet a teacher who gets his 15 year old student pregnant is given probation.

The second sentence sounds appropriate depending on the circumstances, since he was in a position to take advantage of young girls. The first sentence, that is fucking ridiculous. Although I think the man is a sick fuck.
