The sodium is not necissarily by choice. Its very hard to keep my sodium intake low when on over 5000 calories a day. Even meat with no added sodium adds up quickly. 300 mg per ibs, and I eat 5 ibs a day. Then my salid dressing for the huge salids I make. If I eat natural peanut butter of cheese, those quickly add to the total as well. A clean bulk is what I'm doing, yes it is to add as much lbm as possible while keeping bf gains a minimum. Most guys just do regular bulks. Eat whatever it takes, and they gain alot of fat. Go the training board, where they talk about "swaining" as they call it there. They all laugh about how fat they are right now. I much prefer a clean bulk.
