Hey, not much of a question, but I was just wondering if there's a problem with consuming around 200grams of protien from just shakes. I also get at least another 200 from real foods, just wondering if that was too much from shakes?

Not at all.. I get around that much from shakes and another 150-200 from whole foods and it has worked for me. I would prefer to eat more whole fodds but my shedule does not allow me to except on weekends
