It is probably one of the hardest exercises behind squats, pullups and deadlifts. So how much can you do? I mean I am very exhausted at the end of a set.

So how much?

Are we talking ONE ARM BENCH SUPPORTED DB ROWS here or TWO ARMS FREE BENT OVER DB ROWS?

The latter is indeed a tough exercise to do heavy with good form.

We are talking about the one arm bench supported row. I have never seen anybody do a two arm db row only the bar for that.

My back is very strong. I can work with 140lbs dumbbells with good form for 6 reps. Those are the heaviest dumbbells we have at the gym. Of course, this is performing the exercise one side at a time.

I think I did the 130's for a few sets of 10 last time I was in Chattanooga...pretty easily.

Never tried them for a single, but I have done 115's for several sets of 10 before. I could probably do as much as my grip would allow for a single.

Louden, your training weights are enormous.

I rarely do them, but the last time was 90 for 6.

I have done 120's for over 15 reps on each arm... I guess I could have probably gotten 150's. Now I probably could get 120's for 6
