even my 1st pin was in the quad n it hurt bad....i cudnt walk bend my knee but after a few days and 2nd pin it was normal....losing ur muscle virginity hurts!!!

Most "DO I HAVE AN ABSCESS!?!?!?!" threads are from first time users, who are not used to the pain from pinning. Its the usual worst scenario thinking that alot of people go trough.
