Here's one more for you gals...
A little bit about me first: I am 29, 5'3", now at 150 lbs (gained 30 lbs since being with my fiance). When I met him, I worked out regularly and was in not so bad shape...that all has gone down hill...i've gotten extremely lazy and now it's really hard for me to get back in the groove.
I want to lose this weight the right way, but not sure as to where to start. From the previous posts, I know I can't gain muscle/lose weight at the same time, which is fine with me...I need to lose the weight first and foremost...I muscles respond pretty quickly when starting weights again, so maybe I can gain some during this process. Plus, I'm getting married next March, so I need to start now.
Can anyone give me a beginner/not so beginner plan to start with? Workout and diet is what I need. At this point, I am willing to stick to anything that will work. I would like to lose quite a bit by the end of October as well.
As far as weights go, is it good to start very basic and then as I go on, go the supersetting route, and so on? Right now, I don't plan on using any thermogenics...I'll save that for later on, when I need it most...is that the best way? I've just been out of it for quite some time and have really forgotten what I need to do...
Any takers????? Appreciate it. ;)

Most people KNOW what they're doing wrong but they want a different answer - a solution that's easier and faster. But guess what? NOTHING compares to a clean diet (and by diet, I mean the food you eat on a daily basis - not "a diet"). You have to sit down and look at what you're eating... is this healthy food? I think you can recognize the difference. As soon as you cut out the bad food, the weight will start sliding off. Give yourself a cheat day on the weekend and get it out of your system.

Incorporate exercise back in slowly. Go for a 20 minute walk in the morning before breakfast a few days a week. Slowly work up your time and intensity and when you're ready start weight training again.

Most importantly - take it slow! The faster you lose weight, the more likely it is that you're going to put it back on. You don't need thermogenics to lose that extra weight. Goal setting and dedication will work wonders on your body and your mind.
