EVERY WEEK...Bigger-Stronger-Faster!!!I may as well post the exact same thing every week,because each time,you are all looking bigger and stronger,and doing better on everything.I think the guy that said B is creating an army,is right.Seeing you all training,and watching the improvements,and seeing the new faces(especially seeing that they are sticking with it!!),always gets me motivated.

thanks man, i really appreciate that...i had a great day....only thing that bugged me is that high platform...i had lil trouble w/185 and i shouldnt be i should be loadin 230-245 but never used one that high, but ill get it sat..so thats ok....i cant wait.. everyone had a great day...i was real impressed w/my nephew corey...he improved a lot since last week (he does so much better when he gets mad...and seems like it takes a whole lot to get him mad) ..this is only his 2nd week that he has worked out. this was james(tn light) first time doin this.. i think he liked it alot and he seemed pretty strong and natural in everything. he was dead afterwards also.lol

You know what makes me mad about this whole thread? It's the fact that James is a teen and he has more facial hair than I do.

me too...i cant' wait to see all you new york(area) guys compete along with everyone else from the board. it's gonna be a really competitive contest.
