Here is the log that kingc used today. Looks nice. Some modifications need to be made but it is a has potential.

Jason made me a nice deadlift assist bar...a BACK SAVER!!!

I mean this is top quality. I can't wait to use it. Every gym should have one (especially if you do deads and train at home by yourself). I think that he can make them and sell them pretty cheap too...

Jason also made these for me... He painted his...I didn't need any paint

2 and 3 board pinch grip blocks. Hang weights from it and hold for time or as a one arm deadlift...

i was really happy with it over all. but my log still needs work on form and tire still needs work on form also, but hopefully ill get it in time. great workout tho, i'm sore as hell today.

btw: if anyone wants one of those logs let me know, i will have a couple more to sell and maybe even a 5ft one or two if anyone wants.
