205 x 1

Speed Deads
230 x 1 x 10 sets (I go, you go style)

Standing Calf Raises
135, 185, 235, 285, 285 x 5

Farmers Walk
200's x 100' with 4 turns

Yoke/Flip/Sled medley
620 yoke, 550 tire, 430 sled all 50' each

Thick Bar Hangs for time
BW x 20 sec x 3 sets

Reverse Hypers
light band x 6 reps x 3 sets

Abs (2 sets lower, 2 sets full)

Cheese did well today also. He got a PR on the mid/wide stance GM's. He has weak hips and glutes so these are harder for him than close stanced GM's.

427 GM PR!!!

Cheese had a rough time with the sled. He spent about 2 minutes taking it 50'...but never quit!!!

Wow, b!

Very inspirational! I had to miss this past Friday's training - have been sick all week (hacking cough and fever). But I'm gonna be using this thread as a way of firing me up for the next training session!

those farmer's walks..are those adjustable or is there normally a set weight for competitions in your higher rank?

it looks like some nice implements that are used in competition that that guy in the pic brought?

I can add sand inside of them...but they are heavier than most 200's for sure. MUCH.

I can feel the soreness sitting in already. Back, top to bottom, and my hamstrings are starting to ache now....

Hey BFold, is this how you tran normally, or is this just contest prep. Meaning, is this what you use to get big, or do you just do this type of thing for contest.

P.S. please chime in on my routine thread. It is on this board (Training board)
