Ryan Brown
Aaron (sully2015) (Said that his last name is often mis-quoted as Sigmarasson)
Jason (new guy to our group)
It took us about 4 hours in all to complete the day.

I could tell that I was a little out of practice on the events. My strength has gone up for sure, I just need to get back into the swing of things and work on a few of them.
EVERYONE did an amazing job this weekend and not a single person EVER quit!!!!
brian747478' had a good day and worked hard on EVERYTHING and has gotten bigger and stronger since last time.
Zach has LOTS of potential. He could EASILY weigh 300+ pounds and be very strong both at powerlifting and strongman!!!
Aaron and Cheese look a lot a like..hehe. Both of them can scratch their knees without bending over at all.
He is going to be a force in the world of strongman as he gets bigger and stronger!!!
Time for some pics...please be patient and let me load them.
