Another Clen T3 question

I'm currently take T3 and 3 tabs of Clen a day. The problem is I am cramping a lot. Is this normal? anything to worry about?
 
I just started taking 25mcg a day of T3 and 60mcgs of Clen as well...Hamstring cramped pretty good this evening at the Gym.

Lots of Water and stretching is what I hear from my buddy who has done plenty of cycles...
 
I am extremly interested in taking that cycle. What kind of results are you getting? How well is your nutrition, cardio, workouts? any info you can give would benefit a newb!!

Im starting my first clen cycle next week..everything ive read said tons of water stretching and taurine help...
 
Drink lots of water, add Taurine when on Clen, and make sure you are getting enough Potassium. That should help with your cramps.
 
thats a potassium deficiency. eat more bananas

I'm not a big fan of T3. I read all the bad shit about it last year and still did it. I lost fat, but I also lost muscle fullness and I believe it contributed to my gyno situation at that time. It was funny, the first place I noticed the decreased muscle fullness was my glutes. My girlfriend even commented. It wasn't fat either. I've got long legs and my butt takes over a little much during squats and deads, so I typically have a well developed glute area, but it just went flat like someone let the air out of it. Well,... if that's not setting myself up... Anyhow, fair warning. I did this before a contest and it definately helped with fat loss, but I looked stringy and still didn't get as lean as I needed- should have just dieted longer. Best of luck though.
