Good morning all!!

Does anyone know anything about this product?? Is it a multi-vitamin + digestive enzymes???

Can I substitute another product(s) for Animal Pak?? Such as something from the AF store??

I had started using it in the past w/ an old trainer but didn't really do much with it after the trainer couldn't get it at "special" prices from his "hook-up".

daily dose

1 pack per day during the off-season for maintenance, 2 packs during a pre-contest diet or when training is unusually intense.

Thanks Sassy!! I was able to find it at a local supplement store -- they have reduced prices from, say, GNC. It's $23.....

I wasn't sure if a multi + digestive enzymes would be the same thing.....

I suppose if you look at the ingredients & compare to a decent multi like GNC Women's. I will again throw out that I'm using prenatal vitamins from Whole Foods - its basically just an uber-charged multi. The digestive enzymes you can get anywhere....
