Acne on my back

I started using this soap called pan oxyl to get rid of it any other suggestions that might clear me up real good?

Last edited:
Scrub brush
Showering right after workout or activity
3g Pantheotic Acid daily (b vitamin - reduces oily skin)
Salicylic Acid (Stridex pads)

DON'T pop, squeeze, rub, touch or aggravate them in anyway (besides what I recommended above).

i've tried a few remedies but the only thing that worked for me was accutane. It was 95% clear in 6 weeks.

using third world country oil based drugs AS will almost guarantee you to be covered with acne

my advice get test cyp by upjohn america deca use american by watson etc

also using a stand up tanning bed seems to work for almost everyone

theres nothing i can take to get clear skin i see many body builders that shoot steroids and have clear skin im more the n 100% positive that there is something out there...

use something to detoxify your blood and body....

The very ROOT cause of your acne is 2 things and 2 things only...

…Hormonal imbalance combined with a very particular type of congesting toxins that buildup in your blood and lymph fluid.

Let me explain...

Hormones are chemical messengers your body uses to send messages back and forth between organs and cells telling them what to do.

In regards to your acne, androgenic hormones tell your skin's oil glands just how much sebum or skin oil to be "spitting out".

If you get too many of these androgenic hormones floating around then your skin's oil glands go into "overdrive" producing way too much sebum.

But, that's certainly isn't the whole story...

Don't you know people with oily skin yet do NOT have acne?

That's because you won't get acne until you mix excess sebum (skin oil) with a very particular kind of highly congesting blood and lymph fluid toxins.

This mixture of excess skin oil, sebum, and highly congesting blood toxins creates the perfect "breeding environment" in and on your skin for acne bacteria to grow like crazy...causing redness, inflammation, swelling, puss, clogged pores, and finally full blown acne.

You see it's not bacteria that cause acne but the environment that's created in and on your skin that causes the trouble. And no matter how many acne bacteria killing products you try acne bacteria will always return.

The difference between someone
who suffers from acne
and someone who doesn’t

The difference between you and your friend with perfect skin isn't because they eat a different diet, or take different vitamins, or have a different skin care regimen...No it’s nothing like that.

The difference is they are never "overflowing" their system with excess androgenic hormones and a very particular kind of highly congesting blood and lymph fluid toxins.

Their liver is quickly deactivating and clearing from their blood any excess and/or previously "used" androgenic hormones and blood toxins.

They have much stronger liver function in this regard.

A brush or loofah to scrub your back with, wash with anti bacterial soap
do not stay in a sweaty tshirt, use an astringent (have your girl or roommate do it for you if possible)

if you can sit out in sun

good luck

i usually try and use antibacterial soap and a loofa. maybe throw in a lil tanning bed once a week too and of course a ton of h20. i noticed if i switch to a regualr soap i break out.

so basically i got tanning as a medicine...
Dont knock it, it works. Accutane works excellently but is extremely hard on your liver. I would use it as a last resort or you can ask a dermatologist to prescribe you some kind of antibiotic. hopefully a mild one is all you need. otherwise seriously the tanning thing is a good option.

Roaccutne. Had bad ance for years and years, used it recently for 6 months, dried it all up, no return at all, not even a pimple, even cleared all of my blackheads. Best drug I have ever used, when done properly it shouldnt come back.

I actually use Nizoral Shampoo for my shoulders and back and even my face and it has helped me alot. I heard someone mention it on the board and I tried it and it worked for me. Swimming in the ocean also helps.

funnly enough someone who is predisposed to acne wether through pubery, adult acne or through the toxins amassed through gear, normal soap will actually cause the problem to get worse rather than better or can actually spark the problem into overdrive. at work we did some reaserch into that actually.

but as the others have said, anti bac soap, tea tree, sunbed, normal sunbathing, or acne meds will or should all work. but as stated best to stay away from normal (sented or unsented) soaps

thas bullshit, im sick of hearing everything will give you cancer an d everything is bad, take the tree oil.
