I have searched on the subject. I would like for women who have done cycles to post their splits and mainly reps and sets, and goals or why they trained like that. I realize there are like 20 other anavar questions floating around right now and I'm sorry I posted another. But I would like some info without out spending the whole day trying to find everyone's training programs I do have a life. I know there are a lot of women on this board with cycle experience so please ladies help me out.
