anavar results lagging... please help!!

Dude if your 7% bodyfat then you should have veins in your abs shit like that---What type of ripped look are you talking about---Most pros are really only 5-6%!

MR. FREELY KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING WHEN HE MADE THESE. I ALSO WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED AFTER MY FIRST 2 WEEKS OF OX. I HAD MY BODY FAT TESTED AFTER MY FIRST 2 WEEKS, AND THEN I JUST HAD IT TESTED AGAIN AFTER 6 WEEKS AND DAMN I LOST 5% BF. I AM NOW AT 9%. SO GIVE IT TIME AND YOU WILL BE FUCKING RIPPED. MAN THIS SHIT IS SO NICE, GIVE IT ANOTHER 2 WEEKS AND YOU WILL BE SCARY
 
so most of you are saying give it till around week 4, right? well, hopefully you are right. i do have 2 viens on either side of my abs right now, and when i get really pumped, i have then all over the fuckin place... i just want it to be like that all the time :) thanks

Most Pro's are what???? Off season maybe, retired most likely, but not in contest condition. If your pro and you want to be competetive you have to be 3% or less. Dude what do you think diuretics are for. Those last little 1/2%s. So do you know this first hand or is just the rumor you and your kiddy friends are tossing back and fourth at the gym. Did you go around one Saturday at Golds Venice with Calipers or what. Do you even compete?? Maybe your one of those power lifters.

I went off topic because Wombat pissed me off, anyway 7% is great you should start to get vascular and some striations in the sholders and quads should be visable. BloodyMule is on the money.
 
Dude your shit for brains----I know of a pro (decent friend of mine ) who laughs everytime guys like you stat that their 2% and shit like that. Your organs alone hold 2-3% shitface-----Andreaus Munsner competed with my buddy and everyone knows that he was one of the most ripped BB in the world and hes true bodyfat was in the high 3s to low 4s----You go by the 7 point method im sure and get yourself down to say 3% that method is not true. You probably believed coleman when he was on leno stating he was like less then 1%----Your the smack not me buddy! For all you other people if you want to guess on a persons bodyfat then you must see that back of them (the glutes) ripped abs doesnt mean they are real low----Ah yah buddy sorry I pissed you off on something that you have no idea what your talking about!

You probably believe that woman get down to 3% like they say do-----then when you look at their lower bodies and glutes their is alot of fat on them---I too am sorry to get off topic but this guy believes everything he reads in the mags----By the way Colemans bodyweight from the olympia to the Arnold was close to a 20 pound diff-----in the olympia what was he at to win it 2% so for the arnold he was what negitive 1 % bodyfat:)

Wombat Dude this is something that were both going to not budge on. So what I suggest is that you come up to LA and meet a few of my friends and we can bust out calipers and dunk tanks what ever. I guarantee you that an Olympia 2001 Competetor I know is below 3%. I would even put a large amout of money on it. PM me, or not. Put your money where your mouth is and well talk....
