Anavar only

I would suggest staying away from steroids if you can, HCGenerate+D-spark would be your best bet along with heavy N2Guard doses to protect your liver.
 
I've had quite a bit of experience using anavar alone and with other compounds.
People used to say you shouldn't stay on any orals for longer than 6 weeks. I told my doc one day about using anavar and to my surprise he said it wasn't any worse than any other drug and was processed more by the kidneys than the liver. Lipid profile was what he said need to be monitored.
Here's a brief summary of the anavar only cycles followed by blood work.

One thing to keep in mind is that my diet and goals may not be the same so individual results will vary.
I don't remember the exact numbers from all my BW since this was done between 2003 and 2006.

16 weeks at 40mg/D
HDLs were lower than they should be. I don't recall the exact number but I think it was in the low 20s which is on the lower side. Doctor not happy.
Liver AST, ALT were in the upper 30s which is at the higher range of whats acceptable but still ok.
Kidney values were a little elevated but not considered dangerous either.
My diet at the time was pretty clean with little to no alcohol consumption.
There was a noticeable decrease in libido and testicular atrophy nearing the end of the cycle. I never was fully shut down but pretty close to it. Took much longer to get it up and at times would go limp. Sex required a lot of effort from my gf and lots of porn.
Results - gained 9lbs and pissed out 4. Really nice recomp and noticed more than usual adipose fat loss compared to other steroids cycles.
Lessons - at 40mgs expect to have elevated liver and kidney values but nothing alarming. HDL levels will get beat to shit. PCT is a must. Some test would've been good but would've defeated the purpose of the trial.


12 weeks 30mg/D
Pretty much everything was the same except my HDL was better. I ate a lot of fish, less red meat and supplemented with fish oils. I didn't keep track of my weight this run but the man in the mirror looked good.
PCT was easy and I didn't suffer anything close to what I had at 40mgs/D.


16 weeks 20mgs/D
All my numbers were well within the normal range. The only number that could've been better was my HDL.
Slight drop off in libido but didn't have to do any PCT. I didn't have any major gains or physical changes at that dose. I did enjoy the added endurance, pump and recovery that it added to my training and lifestyle.
I found this to be the perfect dose for me and my discipline.


Here's a cut and paste from a study done on older men.
Twelve weeks after oxandrolone was discontinued (week 24), the increments in LBM and muscle strength were no longer different from baseline (P > 0.15). However, the decreases in total and trunk fat were sustained (-1.5 +/- 1.8, P = 0.001 and -1.0 +/- 1.1 kg, P < 0.001, respectively). Thus oxandrolone induced short-term improvements in LBM, muscle area, and strength, while reducing whole body and trunk adiposity. Anabolic improvements were lost 12 wk after discontinuing oxandrolone, whereas improvements in fat mass were largely sustained.


I don't see a problem with running anavar alone. I wouldn't however expect major physical changes at the lower doses. Higher doses will give users what they want but requires more monitoring of bodies organs and endocrine system.
One thing also that can't be overlooked. Make sure you're getting REAL anavar.

anavar at any dose alone doesnt product much as in gains.Not in my experiences
