anavar on its own?

i dont recommend running it on its own unless your a female... to each their own but i dont recommend it

I don't recommend running anavar solo if you are a man. You will lose most if not of your gains when you come off

oral only cycles get a bad rap but they are still steroids and will do the job

over the long term it will be more efficient to use injectables but i know guys who have done just orals for 20 years and they are doing just fine so i don't buy the hysteria

Well it's a pretty weak drug so you'll likely be disappointed running it on your own
