Anavar... for a woman.. I have a couple questions

I apologise if this seems a bit overwhelming with so many questions and advice.

What typically happens in the women's forum is that we help people sort out all the things they need to achieve their goals.

I have seen far too many women take various bodybuilding drugs thinking that they will make the difference when there may be some small modification in diet, training or their recovery that will make all the difference.

expected results, no weight change, but you will lose 3-8 lbs of fat depending on your diet and workout routine. Additional strength gains, fast recovery, and enlarged clit is a normal response,(more like just swollen all the time, it returns to normal after cycle) as well as diminished menstrual flow.

Also, aware that severe back pumps are possible, drink additional water and taurine.

It is not a magic pile, we are still looking for that, but it will make you stronger, sides will stop normally withing 2-3 weeks after you stop using..

Hey girl. I see that you are already taking the anavar. It seems with your goals that Anavar really isn't the right drug for you. Anavar is used as a strength/muscle builder and works best if you are already under 20% bodyfat (trust me on this one). It is also used in small doses (the amount you are taking) to keep muscle on while extreme dieting. Neither of those seem to fit your profile. I would highly recommend dropping the Var. Put it away in a cool dark place for another day. For now, order up a fat burner and let's work on your nutrition and training. You sound a lot like me. I like food too....but. You know the answer. We can start with training if you would like. Like Tat said, changing it up and adding intensity can do wonders. First, switch your routine around so that you are doing your cardio after weights - or on alternating days. Second, get a heart rate monitor that will track your heart rate and calories burned so that you know 100% of the effort you are putting out. That too can be a miracle worker.

Not sure what country you are in but if you can order LipoStim and LipoFlame from www.agxsports.com. I personally lost 4% bodyfat when I first started that stack.

P.S. It can take up to a month or more before you see any strength gains. You won't ever see fat loss from Anavar. Matter of fact, many gain during their cycle (I always do). My strength increases like crazy so I require more calories. I gain tons of muscle and a little fat that I have to shed at the end of my cycle.

Let me know if you have any other questions. The ladies on the board are so helpful with diet. I think maybe just making a few small changes with those fat burners you'll be well on your way. If you don't mind, it would help everyone if you posted your height, weight, bodyfat and your goals bodyfat. It takes some hard work but so worth it in the end. Later, if you are more interested in gaining a little muscle - you can pull the Var back out :-)

Ok... so what I eat goes like this... I wake up really late so first meal is lunch... Rice, beans, chicken, egg white, & OJ. next meal is protien shake with 1/2 banana.then hit the gym. Next meal is normally chicken or steak, baked carrots and 1/2 potato. and diet pop... next meal is a cup of lowfat yogurt then bed...
When I go to the gym I run hard for 20- 30 mins then pic a part of the body like legs and work the machines. Not to my limit but until the muscl is tired. Doing 3 -4 ets of 12-20 reps.... I weigh 132 lbs at 5'6" and I am in good shape and want more definition with some help... I know you are going to tell me to tighten up on y diet... and I will but I need my steroid questions answered which is why I am posted on this site and not just at a nutrition site. So here it goes..l how long before you normally see results on anavar... not sure if mine are bunk... also, can you combine var with supplements such as thermogenics... hydroxycut.... also someone posted that you don't feel anabolics working..... how can that be? If i injected primo I wouldn't notice any different feeling? PLease let me know what you think and help me figure out the answers to these questions Thanks!

Without tighten up your diet, you won't get any results with ANY drugs, I'm afraid. However, I'll wait till someone else who knows about steroids comes in and confirms that for you,

You may want to change your rep range to 6-12.

This is a general rule of thumb

1-5 reps = strength training

6-12 reps = muscle building

12+ reps = endurance

The theory is that different muscle fibres respond to different types of training.

There is quite a bit of information on this on this site already, if you are interested or can't find it, I can post it in this thread.


The other mistake that most people new to BBing make is that they overtrain, they do too many exercises per body part and too many sets.

You may also find that switching to free weights, dumbells and barbells will make all the difference.

If you have never taken var you should feel it within the first week strength will go up, skin will become more oil and typically will raise sex drive a bit as well. As for seeing results from it that is really all up to your diet you wont get leaner and more defined if you don't change your diet.
